BSA Troop 21

    The Blue One

It just seemed like yesterday when the topic of the 2001 National Jamboree was brought to our attention back in 1998 as a large number of our Troop members raised their hands with curiosity. Many of our Scouts and Leaders decided to participate in the once every four year event, later to find out that it was a once in a lifetime experience, one they will never forget.

If you have a chance to speak with one of the Scouts or Leaders that went to the Jamboree, you should. It sounds like they had a lot of fun.

Below, you will find a few pictures taken at the Jamboree.

Neckerchief Patch The art of trading patches like this one will be an experience that our Scouts will not forget. Most of our Scouts were equipped with adequate quantities of various patches to trade with other Scouts from around the country.
